A true testament of our commitment to customer satisfaction, Herrick Auto Rebuilders has been a member of the Automotive Customer Relations Bureau (ACRB) since 2006. The ACRB is an independent, third party consumer protection organization that reports accurate satisfaction data on all participating collision repair facilities. On our behalf, ACRB sends out customer surveys, collects the data and reports to us how we did each month.
We have consistently scored above 95%, a figure higher than the national average, in all of our satisfaction performance ratings which are based on the monthly average results of ACRB Repair Satisfaction Surveys. Ratings are based on responses to questions regarding warranty review, repair review, communication, cleanliness, courtesy and workmanship. The surveys also report that 100% of our customers would refer us to their friends and family.
